The transfer window will officially open later this week and all of Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are expected to be busy. For the Gunners, Declan Rice is widely tipped as their leading transfer target and reports in Germany – where Bayern Munich are interested – claim the midfielder’s move to the Emirates is a “done deal”.
